Mallisa A Holmes

HOLMES, Mallisa A., age 71 of Huber Heights, went home to be with the Lord Thursday September 17, 2009. She was born March 14, 1938 in Mound Bayou, MS, daughter of the late Willie & Annie (Hemmingway) Loffman. Mrs. Holmes was a member of the Living Word Church where she participated in the Jail ministry and also the Womens Aglow. She is survived by 2 daughters Tammy (Michael) Wilson and Regina (Michael) Holmes-Mickey; 7 grandchildren Chey-Anne Wilson, Michael Wilson II, Nyla Mickey, Rylee Mickey, Styles Mickey, Michael Mickey Jr, and Kyle Mickey; 3 brothers and 4 sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday Sept. 22 at 1:00pm at the Living Word Church 926 E. National Rd. Vandalia with Pastor Gregory Perry officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 12 noon until time of service. Arrangements in care of Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home.
