Margaret C. Stevens

STEVENS, Margaret C., age 91 was born on March 20, 1924 in West Union, OH, daughter of the late Carey & Susie Morrison. She died peacefully in her sleep at the home of her son on March 14, 2016 in Tipp City, OH. Margaret “Nana” was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Stevens in 1983. Preceded in death by one sister, Ethel Bissinger of West Union and by two grandchildren, Danny G. Stevens Jr. and Matthew Stevens. She is survived by her son, Danny G. Stevens (Genell) of Tipp City, Roger F. Stevens of FL and Constance J. Starr (Shane) of FL. Margaret is also survived by her grandchildren, Deanne Moore (Tony), Rani Johnson, Brandi, Shawn, Mindy and Devin Nicklaus, Eric and Jessica Stevens; her great-grandchildren, Makenzie, Brent, Mitch, and Nick Moore, Josie and Ella Johnson and she is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. “Nana” loved to read the newspaper, play Euchre, work jigsaw puzzles and go to the casino. Per her request, there will be a private graveside burial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Miami County, P.O. Box 502, Troy, OH 45373 in Margaret’s memory.
