Mark H. Nason

NASON, Mark Howard, age 67, formerly from East Hampton, New York, but was currently a resident of Vandalia, Ohio, passed away April 9, 2024. 

He was born April 28, 1956, in Southampton, New York. After high school Mark went into the Air Force and served in the Vietnam war. 

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Elinor (Davenport) and Clyde Nason. Mark is survived by his 3 siblings, Cheryl (Jim) Beimly of Vandalia, Ohio, John (Sherry) Nason of Middletown, Ohio, and Pamela Nason of East Hampton, New York. 

Mark loved Mustang cars growing up. He also enjoyed starting every day with a cup of coffee and his daily devotions, even while at Stonespring Rehab. In fact, on the date of his passing, April 9, the devotion was “You will go out with joy and be led out in peace.” Mark’s family is grateful for the care he received at Stonespring and through Ohio Valley Hospice. 

Mark will be laid to rest privately with military honors at Dayton National Cemetery.
