Mark Ian Ritter

RITTER, Mark Ian, age 8 of Butler Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 as the result of an auto accident. He was born April 1, 1998 in Dayton, Ohio. Mark was a member of the Christian Life Center. He was a 3rd grader at Helke Elementary School and was an avid soccer player in the Vandalia Youth Soccer organization. He enjoyed climbing trees, gardening with his dad and stacking wood with his neighbor Jerry. Preceded in death by his grandmother, Jacquelyn Ritter, Mark is survived by his parents, Mark & Robin Ritter of Butler Twp; 3 sisters, Elizabeth Bizzy & husband, Jason Fleenor of Englewood, Brittany Ritter and Allie Ritter of Butler Twp; maternal grandparents, Danny & Judy Hall of Fairborn; paternal grandfather, Jerry Ritter of Waynesville; great-grandmother, Corinne Hall of SC and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, October 23, at the Christian Life Center, 3489 Little York Rd, with Pastor Dan Burris and Pastor Stan Tharpe officiating. Burial to follow at Polk Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday morning from 9 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been established in Marks memory and donations may be made at any Chase Bank branch location. Donations may also be made to the Christian Life Center, c/o Liz Fleenor in Marks memory.
