Mary Jeanne (Jean) Kleismit

KLEISMIT, MARY JEANNE (Jean) age 86 of Vandalia, passed away Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010 at Spring Creek Nursing Center. She was born October 31, 1924 in Dayton, daughter of the late Dale & Leona Albright. Jean was employed as an insurance office manager for many years. She was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. American Legion Ladies Auxiliary of Vandalia & Lady Lake, FL. Her husband Edward C. Kleismit preceded her in death. Jean is survived by 1 daughter, Sandra (William) Eick of Butler Township; 1 son Dennis R. Brown Sr. of Dayton; loving sister-in-law, Betty Kleismit; 7 grandchildren, Steve Eick, Eddie Eick, Tracy Brandon, Krissy Wilson, Nick Stidd, Amber Brown, Dennis R. Brown Jr; numerous great grandchildren and special Puppy Mitzie. A Memorial service will be held at 1:30 PM Friday, Nov 19 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Burial at Forest Hills Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 12 noon until time of service at 1:30 PM.
