Michael R. McMahon

Age 67 passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, at The Hospice of Dayton. Michael was born December 6, 1950 in West Liberty, Kentucky to the late George & Mary Mildred (Patterson) McMahon.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brothers, Bert McMahon and Timothy McMahon; his sister, Patricia Fankell; his nephew, Gregory Golden; and his son-in-law, Duane Sease.

Michael graduated in 1969 from Northridge High School. He worked for 18 years at Delco Moraine.

He is survived by his loving daughters, Mary Elizabeth (Eddie) Weter and Christina Sease; four grandchildren, Liam Sease, Caitlyn Weter, Chloe Weter and Keely Sease; sister-in-law, Kyle McMahon; niece, Bobbi Sue Fankell; nephews, Jason (Misty) and Justin Fankell, Tyler (Allison) McMahon; great-nieces & nephews, his extended family & many good life-long friends.

The family will be receiving friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 19, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, Ohio.

The family would like to thank the nurses at Grandview Hospital and The Hospice of Dayton for the wonderful care Michael received at the end of his life.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Michael to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
