SMITH, Michael G. In loving memory. Mike was an accomplished Tool & Die Maker employed at Perfecto Tool in Piqua Ohio with over 40 years in the trade. He enjoyed all outdoor activities, through the years he was a member of North Dayton Anglers as well as Troy Fish and Game. Mike was a dedicated Horseshoe Player, playing horseshoes with the same group of guys for many, many years. Mike was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle whenever possible all across the country and enjoyed meeting many people along the way, he very seldom met a stranger. Mike was a bigger than life individual, he always made an impression wherever he went. He will be sorely missed by many. He was preceded in death by his father, George E. Smith. He leaves behind his mother, Rosella (Ulm) Smith; his loving companion Scherrie Scott and dog Sadie. A memorial visitation will be held from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m., Saturday (11/7) at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia.
