Mona R. Prunest

PRUNEST, Mona R., age 62 of West Milton, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021 at Hospice of Miami County. She was born March 15, 1959 in Washington Courthouse, Ohio, daughter of Charles & Jewell (Jordan) Shepherd.  Preceded in death by her mother, Jewell, husband, Jimmie Prunest, and 2 children, Robert Shane Prunest and Samantha Jewell Prunest, Mona is survived by her father, Charles; 3 sisters, Kathy (John) Hager of Union, Cynthia (Michael) Fortney of FL, and Anita (Terry) Williams of KY;  her fiancé of 12 years, Lindsay LeMaster;  her beloved puppies, Flapjack and Hershey Kisses, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr.,

Vandalia with Pastor Dan Kincer officiating.  Interment will follow at Polk Grove Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 5-7 pm.
