STUEVE, Nancy C., age 83 of Huber Heights, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 24, 2013 in Indianapolis. She was born May 6, 1930 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late William & Thelma Kain. Nancy was a longtime member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Dayton, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post #200 and the AmVets Post #464. Nancy was a retired employee of Elder-Beerman with 40+ years of service. She was an avid Bengals fan, and her grandchildren absolutely meant the world to her. Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, Nancy is survived by her brother, Todd Kain, sister, Marilou Miller, 3 sons and daughters- in- law, John and Gloria Stueve, Mark and Janet Stueve, and David and Cindy Stueve, 1 daughter and son- in- law, Carolyn and Todd North; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, November 30, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 411 E. Second St., Dayton, OH. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 4-7 pm at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. There will be a Ladies Auxiliary service held at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Nancy's memory.
