ANDREWS, Patricia age 91, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at Grandview Hospital. She was born February 8, 1920 in Falmouth, KY, daughter of the late Wade & Kathryn (McGuire) McIntosh. Patricia was a retired employee of the Montgomery County License Bureau, a 16-year member of the Northridge School Board, and was the first woman to serve on the Board. She was an active member of the Northridge PTA and was the former owner of Patio Pizza in Vandalia. Preceded in death by her husband, Richard P. Andrews, 1 son, Richard L. Andrews and 1 brother, Charles McIntosh, Patricia is survived by her son, Paul & wife, Shirley Andrews; daughters, Sandi & husband, Jerry Bucklew and Virginia & husband, Robert Salis; 2 sisters, Ann Bilger & Janet Thomas; 5 grandchildren, Cheryl Berry (Kenneth), Randy Toops, Wade Andrews (Tammy), Cathryn Mendoza and Sarah Amburgey (Joshua); 10 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; special friends, David Franks, Ann Wheeler and Lenda & Blaine Amburgey and a host of other relatives and friends. A Graveside Service for family and friends will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, April 2 at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery with Mr. Ralph Royse officiating. The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia on Friday evening from 5-8 pm.
