Age 81 of Vandalia, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017. Pat was born October 13, 1936 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Floyd S. & Ellen (Thomas) McGlothin.

She was a member of the Vandalia United Methodist Church, and was an avid golfer who was blessed to celebrate 3 Hole-In-One’s. Pat loved her family and friends and enjoyed gathering and spending time together. She was generous with her love of others, always bringing people closer together. She was active in many sororities, served as a Sunday School teacher and a Hospice volunteer. She lived a beautiful life and will be dearly missed.

Pat was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Zondra Crossley.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Lytton “Pete” Crossley; 2 sons, Lawrence “Larry” Crossley and Craig Crossley (Margaret); 3 grandchildren, Kevin (Samantha) Crossley, Kira (Robert) Bradley and Kyle (Brandy) Crossley; 9 great-grandchildren, Gryffin, Ava, Olsen, Kailey, Kinci, Kalin, Chole, Liam & Ryker; 2 brothers, Harold & Floyd McGlothin, along with a host of other relatives and special friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, December 11 at the Vandalia United Methodist Church, 200 S. Dixie Dr., with Rev. Michael Malcosky officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 12:00 noon until time of service.
