Patricia Rose Loechel

LOECHEL, Patricia Rose, age 83, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Cypress Pointe Health Center in Englewood.  She was born July 21, 1939 in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of the late Harold and Helen (Ammon) Martin.  In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry J. Loechel; her daughter, Barbara L. Loechel (William Thorpe III) and by her brother, Harold Martin.

Patricia was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church for over 40 years, was a loving mother and grandmother, enjoyed dancing, traveling, reading, watching movies and was always socializing with family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Theresa Marie Scott (Steven); son, Michael Henry Loechel (Julia Caballero); four grandchildren, Alexandra, Christopher, Theodore & Dana; 4 sisters, Barbara, Helen, Kathy and Jackie; and by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 9 at St. Christopher Catholic Church.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of Mass.  Interment to follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.  If friends desire, contributions may be made in memory of Patricia to St. Christopher Catholic Church, 435 W.
