 Patsy June Stewart

Age 82, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 13, 2024 (one day before her 83rd birthday). Patsy was born on June 14,1941, in Kingsport, Tennessee, daughter of the late Helen (Phillips) Shelton and William Shelton. 

Patsy dearly loved babies her whole life and was foster mother to many babies over her 30 years as a foster parent. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, William Doyle Stewart and her sister, Phyllis Johnson. 

She is survived by one daughter, Donna (Dan) Bellotti, two sons, Steve (Melody) Stewart and Lamont Stewart, five granddaughters, Nikki Spring, Bethany Il Vento, Mindy Stewart, Courtney Bellotti and April Stewart, one great grandson, Theotis Flores, and two great granddaughters, Harper and Olive Spring. 

The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 4 to 5 pm with a memorial service immediately following with Pastor Michael Malcosky officiating.
