Paul A Brown

BROWN, Paul A., age 63 of Englewood, formerly of Visalia, CA, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the Dayton VA Medical Center. He was born February 1, 1945 in Troy, OH, son of the late Paul M. & Helen L. (Thornberry) Brown. Paul was a graduate of Troy High School, a lifetime member of the DAV, a member of the VFW Post #707 in Englewood and was a US Navy Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. Paul is survived by his wife of 39 years, Janet (Wisner) of Englewood; 1 daughter, Kelly Brown of Kettering; 1 son, Sean & wife, Amelia Brown of Visalia, CA; 2 grandchildren, Seth & Sabrina Brown; 1 sister, Carolyn Smithers of MI and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm Wednesday, October 29 at the Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum, 8135 N. Dixie Dr., with entombment to follow. The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia on Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm.
