Paul E. Schwartz

SCHWARTZ, Paul E. age 77 of Vandalia, passed away Monday June 1, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton. Paul was born January 11, 1938 in Swiss, W.VA, son of the late Leo & Ida (Pritt) Schwartz. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was the owner of the Aatfab Company. Paul was instrumental in starting the Appalachian Ministry at First Baptist Church in Vandalia. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers Kenneth and Jacob. Paul is survived by 4 children Donna, Annie, Frederick, and Melissa; niece Shelly Roberds of CA; one brother Lee Schwartz; one sister Dottie Ramsey and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for family and friends will be held Friday June 5 at 11:00am at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia with Ken Mangen officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 5-7pm.
