Paula McGee

McGee, Paula E. age 72 of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday May 22, 2007 in Union following an illness. She was born August 28, 1934 in Wheeling, WVA daughter of the late Julius & Emma (Bromer) Seevers. Paula was owner of the Family Hobby Shop in Vandalia for 29 years and was an honorary member of the Crossroads Railroad Club. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert McGee, her parents, and a sister Martha Cooper. Paula is survived by her children Sharon Robertson of Vandalia, John McGee of Vandalia, Roy McGee of Dayton, Sandra & husband Doug Gibson of Union, Barb & husband James Coleman of Fairborn, Robert McGee Jr. of Vandalia; 2 brothers Julius & wife Lula Seevers of Circleville, Richard & wife Dolly Seevers of FL; 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 26 at 10:00am at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia. Burial will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6 to 8pm. If so desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Paulas memory.
