Phyllis M. Champlin

CHAMPLIN, Phyllis M., age 88 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at her residence after a brief illness. Phyllis was born June 8, 1925 in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, daughter of the late Albert and Irene Hutton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Martin Champlin and daughter, Joyce A. Champlin. She was a loving mother and loved by all who knew her. She is survived by one sister, Avis McHenry of Sarasota, FL; two brothers, Albert Hutton and Robert Hutton of Sault Ste. Marie, MI and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, New Carlisle, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or to the Alzheimers Association in memory of Phyllis. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
