Robert Buckler, age 53, passed away on October 19, 2017 in his home. He was the husband of Kristi Buckler. They shared 21 years of marriage together.

Born in Mansfield, Ohio, He was the son of Patricia and Charles Buckler. He graduated from Madison High School and also attended Lucas High School as well. He was employed presently at Sherwin Williams of Dayton, and has been a carpet installer for over thirty years.

He attended Redemption Christian Tabernacle. He enjoyed spending time with family , music-especially when his daughter, Brooke would sing and sports- especially watching his two sons Bobby and Mark play football. He will be remembered for his love of the Lord and his family. He has always been a strong man and could do anything he put his mind to.

He is survived by his wife Kristi A. Buckler, daughter Brooke E. Buckler, sons Robert (Bobby) J. Buckler and Mark B. Buckler, sister Marla Lynn, nieces and nephews Kristie (Jeff), Kyle, Austin, Breana, Cody, Dakota, Tyler and Eric, sister-in-laws, Nikki Buckler, Brenda Buckler and Tracie Tays, mother in-law Betty Tays. He is preceded in death by his father Charles Buckler, mother Patricia Buckler, brother Mark Buckler, sister Lori Buckler, niece Tara Buckler and father-in-law, James Tays, along with brother-in-law, Bill Lynn.

Friends may call at Morton Whetstone Funeral Home, Monday, October 23rd from 5pm to 7pm, Funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 24th at 1pm with interment at the Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital in Robert's memory.
