Robert K. Morris

Went to be with our Lord on Monday, June 3, 2019. He was at home with his daughter, Lynn. He was 89 years old.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, one sister, one grandson, one great-grandchild, one daughter & his beloved wife of 52 years, Dorothy, who passed in 2008.

He is survived by three daughters, Barb Riggs (Gary) of FL, Treva Wilt (Steve) of Kettering, OH and Lynn Morris of Miamisburg, OH; as well as an honorary daughter, Annette Lambdin; five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; several grandcats; and by three younger brothers and one younger sister.

Robert was a proud Veteran of the USAF. He served in the Korean War as a medic. He worked for over 20 years at S & L Building Products in Cincinnati, OH as a foreman. He loved westerns and Louis L'Amour was his favorite writer and nothing brought him more happiness than a good John Wayne movie or the tv show “The Virginian.”

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Robert’s memory should be made to Hospice of Butler/Warren County, the Alzheimer’s Association, Wounded Warriors or the Western Sports Foundation.

Graveside services with military honors at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
