Ronald (Ron) McMillan

Age 70, of Vandalia Ohio passed away on June 27, 2024. Ron was born August 19, 1953 in Wilmington, Ohio to Wanda and Herman McMillan. He was a hardworking man who retired from the operating engineers after 35 years. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Wanda and Herman.

He is survived by his life partner, Chantrell Webb, his brother, Chuck McMillan, 5 children, Tammy (Sean) Barrowcliff, Hilary (Conner) Weaver, Sarah (Joshua) Casto, Lucas Webb, and Courtney Webb. 6 grandchildren, Ashlynn Banks, Megan Barrowcliff, Andrew Barrowcliff, Aydin Casto, Parker Casto, and Kevin weaver, 2 great grandchildren, Alex Trenary and Isabelle Doench, and his three dogs, Maggie, Molly, and Gunner. As well as many other “adopted” children and grandchildren. 

Those who loved him would describe him as a lifelong teacher, amazing storyteller, handyman extraordinaire, and all-around instigator of shenanigans. His favorite activities were playing with his grandchildren, making fires in his fire pit, tinkering with anything he could get his hands on and spending time with his dogs. 

The family will be hosting a celebration of life on August 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Miamisburg Eagles, 69 North Main Street, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
