Ronald Scarpelli

Scarpelli, Ronald age 57 of Vandalia, passed away November 1, 2012 after a long illness. He was born December 5, 1954 in Dayton son of the late Edmund Scarpelli and Alice Paul. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Judi Scarpelli. He is survived by his love Gina Schommer; step-daughters Tara & Kylee Clarke; son Donnie Scarpelli of TX; brother Donald (Cathy) Scarpelli, nephews Michael, Nicholas, Andrew and niece Hannah; brother Ed (Bev) Scarpelli and nieces Carla and Denise; sister Susie Forgy of KY; step-daughter Danielle Case and grandsons Mason & Bryce Childers. Ron loved classic cars and going to car shows. He was a cheese-head Packers fan. He also had a great sense of humor and made everyone laugh. He will be truely missed!! A Celebration of Ron's life will be held on Saturday November 10 from 2:00-5:00pm at the Amvets Post#99 1123 S. Brown School Rd. Vandalia where everyone is invited to come and share memories of Ron. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ronald Scarpelli Memorial Fund that has been established through 5/3 Bank. Donations may be made to any 5/3 Bank branch location in Ron's memory.
