Rose Anne Kabel

KABEL, Rose Anne, age 70 of Butler Twp., passed away Friday, April 22, 2011 at the Maria Joseph Living Care Center. She was born July 5, 1940 in Portsmouth, OH, daughter of the late Charles & Maude Milstead. Rose was a retired Assistant Manager with the City Loan & Savings Company. She enjoyed painting, art, sewing and reading. Preceded in death by 1 brother, Curtis Lee Milstead, Rose is survived by her husband of 45 years, Donald; 1 daughter, Rose Lynn Kabel of Butler Twp.; 1 brother, Jack Edward Milstead of Dayton and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm, Wednesday, April 27 at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with Rev. Thomas Weeks officiating. Burial will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 pm until time of service.
