Rosemary Eleanor Bilby

Rosemary Eleanor (Samuels) Bilby Passed away very peacefully on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Arbor Village Nursing Home in Wildwood Florida. She had resided previously at Sumter Place in The Villages Florida and prior to that in Dayton Ohio. She was born December 25, 1921 in Muncie Indiana to Kathryn and Ferrell Samuels. She was preceded in death by her husband Rollin E. Bilby in 2002. She is survived by her daughter, Talicia (Tish) Foard and son-in-law Earnie Foard of The Villages, Florida, three grandchildren; Steve Crawford of Ohio, Pamela Jansen of Tennessee, Dan Foard of Florida, and seven great-grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., Saturday (1/17) at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia with a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Poplar Hill Cemetery, Vandalia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, 2445 Lane Park Rd, Tavares, Florida 32778.
