DONNELLY, Sandra K. (Trochelman), age 67 of Harrison Twp., passed away at home on Wednesday October 11, 2017 after a lengthy illness. She was born November 26, 1949 in Dayton, OH. Sandy was a graduate of Northridge High School Class of 1967. She was an active member of Crestview Baptist Church who was always sending “thinking of you” notes, teaching Sunday school and working at the daycare. Sandy loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward E. Donnelly. They were together all the time until his passing in 2009. Sandy was also preceded by her parents Dr. Robert L. & Mrs. Helen A. Trochelman; brother Robert T. Trochelman; sister Patricia S. Saul; brother-in-law Lorhis Lewis; sister-in-law Margie Newman; 3 nephews, 1 niece, and her mother-in-law and father-in-law. Sandy is survived by one daughter Tricia Donnelly of Northridge; one sister Barb & husband Danny Wagner of Troy, OH; brother-in-lawJim Saul of Dayton; sister-in-law Ann Lewis of KY; sister-in-law Rosie & husband Tim Lake of OH; brother-in-law Jim & wife Nelda Newman of MS; nieces & nephews Debbi Wagner, Phil & Dawn Wagner, John & Krista Saul, Jim Saul, Tammy Lake, Tabby Lake, Donald & Libby Lewis; great-nephews Josh & Cheynne Nicholson & their 2 girls, Justin & Kaitlyn and their son, Jarryd & Jessi and their daughter, Nick & Stephen Wagner, Bobby, Jimi, and Chuck Saul; great-nieces KymberLee & Joshua, Jenny & Aron Castle, Helen Saul, Brooklynn Saul; special friends Dr. Troy Tyner and Dr. Ingrid Brown, Aimee Greaney, Vicky & Mike Price and family, Jim 7 Sue Crago, Lisa Scroggins and Nick White and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia on Monday evening from 5 to 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am at Crestview Baptist Church 6600 Salem Ave Clayton, OH 45315 with Pastor Tim Cain officiating. Burial will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Crestview Baptist Church memorial fund, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, or to the National Kidney Foundation in Sandy’s memory.
