Sherry L. Wiseman

WISEMAN, Sherry L., 84, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2024 in Troy, Ohio. She was born to Paul & Nellie Reider on April  25,  1939 in Clarksburg, WV. Sherry was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and life member of V.F.W. Post #3283 Ladies Auxiliary in Huber Heights, OH. She was a wonderful mother that dedicated her life to the care of her family. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, James E. Wiseman, in 2022, and her sister, Sandra Murray.

Survived by her daughter, Jackie Bissett (Ken); sons, Jamie Wiseman (Calvilon) and Darrin Wiseman (Tracy); 5 grandchildren, Scott, Stephanie, Stacy, Michael & Trinity; great grandchildren, Odin James, Ozlynn, Oxley, Destiny, Haylee & Isaiah; her siblings, Cora Mearns, Kathryn Fittro, Charles Reider (Mitzi), Deborah Bonnett (Larry) & Diana Pumphrey (Richard); numerous nieces, nephews & friends.

A graveside service and burial will be held at 11 a.m. at the West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton, WV, on Friday, January 26. The family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Thursday, January 25 at the Davis Weaver Funeral Home, 329 E. Main St., Clarksburg, WV 26301.
