Shirley M. Faulk

FAULK, Shirley M., age 88 of Butler Twp., passed away Monday, August 6, 2012 at Grandview Hospital. She was born January 11, 1924 in Plainsville, KY, daughter of the late Arthur & Bertha (Klei) Leder. Shirley was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, the O.E.S., her garden club, the Air Stream Camping Club, and was active with the Vandalia Senior Citizen Center. Preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Faulk and 1 brother, Arthur Leder, Shirley is survived by her daughter, Sheree Heis (John) and son, Barry Faulk (Dianna), both of Butler Twp., grandchildren, Jillian Kerlin, Angela Taylor, Christopher & Rebekah Taylor; 2 step-granddaughters, Lori Heis & Teresa Vanover (Tyler), and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, August 10 at St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 7700 Dog Leg Rd., with Pastor Kurt Lammi officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:00 am until time of service. Graveside service will be held at 2:30 pm, Friday at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Erlanger, KY.
