Teresa Daun Rutt

Teresa Daun Duncan Croft RUTT, passed away unexpectedly November 8, 2011, she was 49 year old. Teresa is preceded in death by her first husband Dale Duncan, sister Misty Leeann Seal, and stepfather Vern Allen. She is survived by her mother Sylvia Allen (Centerville, OH), husband Marvin Rutt, sons Lee Duncan, Christopher Croft and Caleb Rutt (Ludlow Falls, OH), grandson Silas Duncan, brother Quinn Matthews and his partner Charles Allio (Oakwood, OH) and former husband Robert Croft (Cincinnati, OH). Born in Morristown, Tenn., Teresa was raised and lived her entire life in Miami County, and attended Tippecanoe High School. She worked as a STNA throughout the area giving compassionate care to those in need. Teresa will be greatly missed by those that knew her. She will be remembered for her kindness and generosity. She always put others before herself. When asked she would tell anyone her greatest accomplishment in life was her three boys. The family will receive friends at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., on Friday evening from 5 " 8 PM. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Tipp City, Ohio.
