Teresa "Terry" Thompson

THOMPSON, Teresa A. "Terry" age 59 of Butler Twp., passed away Saturday September 4, 2015 at Kettering Medical Center following an illness. She was born on February 3, 1956, the daughter of John & Barbara (Thomas) Crews. Terry was the owner of Buckets & Brooms cleaning service. She cleaned houses for people and loved her work. She also loved her family and friends. She especially enjoyed attending her grandson Dylan's wrestling matches and baseball games. Terry was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Crews and one sister Brenda Sue Crews. She is survived by her wonderful son Jon & wife Pam Thompson of Vandalia; her father John Crews (Samantha) of Fairfield; one brother Ron Crews of Florence, KY; 3 grandchildren Dylan & wife Karah Thompson of Vandalia, Ashleigh Landrigan and Tarry Landrigan both of New York; 7 great-grandchildren Athena, Katana, Colton, Killian, Liam, Hayden, Jaxson (she loved them all); dear friend Mike Comer; family friends Paul & Shirley Eichelberger and Jim Bucher. Funeral services will be held Thursday September 10 at 1:00pm at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home 139 S. Dixie Dr. Vandalia. Burial will follow at Poplar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Pink Ribbon Girls in Teresa's memory.
