Terry V. Gault

Age 69, of Vandalia, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018, at the OSU Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Terry was born July 28, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late George W. Gault & Reba L. (Hill) Massong. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, Mark Gault.

Terry was a U. S. Army veteran having served in Vietnam, a member of the VFW Post # 6560, the Vandalia American Legion and the AMVETS. He retired with 32 years of service from Koker Drilling.

Terry is survived by his devoted daughter, Marla “Tiger” Roth; his loving companion of the past 21 years, Ginger Linze; two step-sons, David & Thomas Linze; four grandchildren, Mallorie, Maddox, Amy & David; loving brothers & sisters, Dyann (Buell) Harris, Kathy (Jumbo) Jefferies, Stephanie (Johnny) Ring, Cheryl Gault, Shellie Gault, Evan (Christina) Gault & Bobby (Julie) Massong; his extended family & many good friends; and by his beloved dog, Bandit.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Joey Caulley will officiate. Interment, with military honors, will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in memory of Terry to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
