Theodore O. “Bear” Peeples, Jr.

Age 50, of Vandalia, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Miami Valley Hospital – Main Campus. Bear was born May 28, 1972 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Theodore O. (Sr.) & Barbara (Williams) Peeples. In addition to his father, Bear was also preceded in death by one sister, Shannon Peeples-Siler and by one infant son, Theodore Oddis Peeples, III. He graduated from Benton Harbor (MI) High School, class of 1990 and then we went on to serve for three years in the U. S. Navy. Bear is survived by his mother, Barbara Williams; three children, Mark Anthony Peeples, Edna Precious Peeples and Theodore Oddis Peeples, IV; four siblings, Antonio Peeples, Rebecca Peeples, Tara Peeples & Sharice Williams; two grandchildren, Jayden & Jayda Baker; uncle-brother, Troy Williams; his cousin, Leon “Courtney” Williams and by two close friends, Jrock & Steve.

Bear’s body will be cremated and due to the holidays a celebration of his life will be planned for a later date.
