BRENNER, Thomas A., age 46 of Butler Township, went to be with Jesus on April 27, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer. Tom was a testimony to everyone who knew him throughout his life. He was the worship leader at Northridge Church of the Nazarene in Dayton, Ohio, and an 8 year veteran of the USAF. Tom had a love for cooking, which he shared with many of his friends and family; he was an avid reader and history buff. Music and guitar were a big part of his life; he wrote songs and played each Sunday at church. He was a thoughtful, loving and dependable father, husband, son and brother. Cherishing his memory, are his wife of 25 years, Jackie and children, Zach, Elizabeth and Danny. Survived by his parents, Ken and Sharon Brenner, brothers, Tony (Pat) and Mike (Tiffany), in-laws, Jim and Teresa Hoskins, and a host of extended family and friends. All will treasure having shared a part of his life. Private graveside services arranged by Morton & Whetstone will be held at the convenience of the family. A celebration of Toms life will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the Northridge Church of the Nazarene, 2215 Maplegrove Avenue, Dayton, Ohio. Visitation with the family will be held 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Northridge Church of the Nazarene in Toms memory.
