Thomas B. Lewis Jr.

LEWIS, Thomas B. Jr., age 73, of Vandalia, passed away Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Crossroads Rehabilitation Center of Vandalia. He was born June 18, 1939 in Washington, D.C., son of the late Thomas B. & Margaret B. (Brooks) Lewis. Thomas was a graduate of Tecumseh High School and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Margaret E. (Van Nuys) of Vandalia and 1 brother, Peter B. Lewis of MA; niece Diane of CA; nephew David Lewis of MA; 2 great nephews and one great niece. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday September 5 at the Dayton National Cemetery, W. Third St., Dayton, OH. Arrangements by Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
