Timothy J. Harris

Timothy J. Harris, 81, of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at Stonesprings of Vandalia. Tim was born on July 14, 1943 in Norwalk, Ohio. He was a semi truck mechanic. He also worked in computer programming, data processing and facility management at several banks including the National Bank of Kuwait. Tim was a deacon for 26 years at St. Peter Parish and was a spiritual advisor at Maria Joseph. He was an avid Cleveland Browns fan for decades, loved music, playing cards, Scrabble & Yahtzee, camping, hiking and especially vacationing in the cabins at Lake Hope State Park. Tim also loved to go to the Air Shows in Cleveland and here in Dayton. He loved cars and working on cars. One of his favorites being a Triumph Spitfire he owned for many years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Harris & Edna Frey, and his brother, Michael Harris. 

Survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Kathryn Harris; daughters, Veronica Swort & Sarah (Jason) Kimerling; grandchildren, Sydney, Logan, Justinn, Elijah, Quincy & Birch; great grandchildren, Avery, Landon & Novah; sister, Ann Bramhill; many nieces, nephews and great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
