Virginia M. “Ginny” Foulk

Age 81, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017. Ginny was born November 13, 1935 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Frederick J. & Barbara (Vernier) Leonard.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Ronald L. Foulk, who served as pastor of the Vandalia UMC for many years; sister, Yvonne Leonard; and by a sister-in-law, Cathy Leonard.

Ginny was a member of the United Methodist Church; the Eastern Star (Lebanon, Ohio); she loved doing handcrafts, especially macramé and cross stitching; she taught various classes for handcrafts; and served as bookkeeper for various companies.

She is survived by five siblings, Frederick J. Leonard (Dorothy Carsey), Donald Leonard, Norman Leonard (Robin), Susan DeVault (Danny) & Cathy Wamhoff (Richard); and by numerous nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday (7/17) at the Vandalia United Methodist Church, 200 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Pastor Michael Malcosky will officiate. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park in Toledo, Ohio. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Ginny to the Pines Pet Cemetery in Lebanon, Ohio.
