Wanette G Doane

DOANE, Wanette G., age 54 of Vandalia, passed away Friday, November 18, 2005 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born April 7, 1951 in Akron, Ohio, daughter of Paul and Elnorah L. (Miller) Copley. Wanette was employed as a legal secretary with the law firm of Freund, Freeze & Arnold. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Richard; 1 daughter, Marilyn & husband, Shane Newton of Greenville; 1 son, Bryan & wife, Kelli Furrey of Springboro; 1 brother, Dennis Copley; 4 sisters, Loretta Robb, Janice Geib, Judy Suggs & Lucy Skidmore; 5 grandchildren, Chris, Nathan, Dawna, Kati, & Laura; and a host of other relatives and friends. It was Wanettes wish that her body be cremated and a gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7 pm on Wednesday, November 23 the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. If so desired, contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or to the St Judes Childrens Hospital in Mrs Doane's memory.
