Willard W. Joslin Sr.

JOSLIN Willard W. Sr. age 93, of Hillsboro, formerly of Vandalia, passed away Friday, April 20, 2012. He was born October 21, 1918 in Fairview, MI, son of the late Roland & Minnie (Winters) Joslin. Willard was a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church and was a self-employed contractor. Preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Joslin, Willard is survived by his daughter, Linda Waits (Jeff) of Hillsboro; 3 grandchildren, Bryan, Renee & Corey; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Lowell Joslin of AZ, Linford Joslin of CA and Everett Joslin of Brookville; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 25 at the St. Pauls Lutheran Church, 7700 Dog Leg Rd., Dayton with Pastor Kurt Lammi officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 11:30 am until time of service. If so desired, contributions may be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital or to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Willards memory. Arrangements entrusted to Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, Vandalia.
