Willia Mae Davidson

Age 86, of Vandalia, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 30, 2020.

Willia was born November 6, 1934 in Barbourville, Kentucky to the late Harmon & Mossie (Hamilton) Myrick. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie R. Davidson, in 2010; and by several brothers & sisters.

Willia was the last living (of 13) charter member of the Vandalia Baptist Temple. She retired from General Motors with 25 years of service and she was a member of the O.E.S.

Willia is survived by three children, Larry Sowders, Paul Sowders & his wife, Carol and Tammy Covey & her husband, Terry; and by eight grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the Vandalia Baptist Temple, 724 Helke Road, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Rick Washburn officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Willa to the Vandalia Baptist Temple.
